REPEATED IN THE AFTERNOON BUT MORE IN DEPTH
The internet is becoming a part of our everyday lives, and camps have begun to take advantage of this new communication tool at an accelerated rate. Learn what the Internet can do for your camp by participating in live demonstrations of e-mail, electronic discussion lists, World Wide Web "homepages" for camps, interactive forms to request camp information and more. Issues including getting your camp "on-line" will be discussed as time permits.
This session discusses what to include, as well as ways to present, Camp Health and Safety to your staff. Presenting your OSHA Exposure Control Plan will also be addressed.
Mr. Brake brings his expertise in labor and employment law emphasizing the practices and procedures employers need to follow when hiring, firing and disciplining employees. His practice has included matters before the National Labor Relations Board, EEOC, OSHA, the U.S. Department of Labor, the Ohio Civil Rights Commission and others. Practical applications and open discussion will be included.
